Maria Bizri launched Pomegranate Kitchen in Hong Kong in 2011. From her grandparents’ Mediterranean kitchen through to her eclectic travelling across the Middle East and Asia, Maria has learnt and expanded on her culinary skills, incorporating elements of each country into an ever expanding repertoire of dishes.

Maria is joined by the Pomegranate events and kitchen teams who are all dedicated to providing our clients with the best food and events in Hong Kong.


We pride ourselves on giving our clients the best possible service with our fantastic front of house team. Our waiters, waitresses and bar staff are all trained in providing an efficient and professional service. They are versatile and we can provide staff for all events, from a small dinner at home to a large corporate cocktail party.
